Finding the Right Part for Your Equipment

What types of parts does Parts Express carry?

Front to back, top to bottom, all colors, all models — we carry a little bit of everything for tractors, combines, and beyond.

Does Parts Express support older or discontinued equipment?

Absolutely. We carry a large inventory of parts to support older and out-of-production equipment.

How do I find the right part for my customer's machine?

The search bar at the top of our homepage is very capable. If you know the part number, type it in and you're on your way. If not, just describe what you need — for example, "1066 Fender" for fender parts on a 1066 International, or "4840 Radiator" for a 4840 John Deere. You can even search a generic term like "chain" to browse a broad list of results.

If you prefer browsing, there's a step-down search below the search bar where you can filter by equipment type, make, model, and section.

Does Parts Express carry parts for specific brands and models?

We're not tied to any single manufacturer. We carry parts for most brands and models.

Can Parts Express help confirm part compatibility before I order?

You bet — we'd be glad to help! We do our best to keep compatibility information accurate on the website, but if you're ever unsure, give us a call at +1-800-247-1237, Monday through Friday, 8AM–5PM Central Time, or email us at [email protected] any time.

Does Parts Express sell aftermarket new, rebuilt, and used parts?

We carry a huge line of aftermarket new parts, as well as a few hydraulic pumps that are remanufactured in-house. If you're looking for other rebuilt or used parts, we leave those to the experts at our sister company, Worthington Ag Parts. Check out their website or call +1-888-845-8456 to be directed to their store nearest you.

What kinds of equipment does Parts Express support?

Our main focus is tractors and combines, but we also carry parts for balers, corn heads, grain heads, forage heads, sunflower heads, cultivators, discs, forage harvesters, industrial equipment, cotton pickers, planters, plows, power units, skid steers, sprayers, windrowers, and more.

How does Parts Express help reduce the risk of ordering the wrong part?

Our parts detail pages include a photo, full description, physical specs (length, tooth count, material hardness, etc.), all known cross-reference numbers, make and model fitment information, and serial number break notes. This information was built on decades of knowledge from experienced parts salespeople so you can buy with confidence.

Aftermarket New Parts

Are your aftermarket new parts inspected before sale?

Yes. All aftermarket new parts are verified upon arrival to confirm correct part numbers, proper packaging, and no visible damage or defects before being added to inventory. See our Quality and Inspection page for more details.

Do aftermarket parts meet OEM standards?

Our aftermarket new parts are sourced from approved manufacturers and are designed to meet or exceed OEM-equivalent fit, form, and function standards.

How do you choose your aftermarket suppliers?

We partner with manufacturers who demonstrate consistent quality control, reliable performance in agricultural applications, and strong warranty support.

Are aftermarket parts tested for performance?

Parts are manufactured and tested by the supplier to meet industry and application standards. We also monitor field performance, customer feedback, and warranty data to ensure ongoing reliability.

What happens if a part does not meet your quality standards?

Parts that fail inspection or show inconsistencies are rejected or removed from inventory. We work directly with suppliers to address any quality concerns.

How are parts stored to prevent damage?

Parts are shelved in climate-controlled warehouses, as required. Parts are handled with care, using proper storage practices, inventory rotation, and packaging procedures to protect against damage before shipping.

Are aftermarket parts covered by warranty?

Yes. All eligible new aftermarket parts are backed by our 1-year limited warranty. See our Warranty Policy for full details.

Why choose aftermarket parts from Parts Express?

You get dependable performance, competitive pricing, and a company that stands behind what it sells — helping keep your customers running when it matters most.

Pricing, Value & How We Compare

How does Parts Express price parts compared to OEM?

New aftermarket parts are manufactured to meet or exceed OEM standards at a fraction of the price.

What makes Parts Express a cost-effective alternative to OEM dealer pricing?

You get a part of equal or greater quality at a significantly lower cost than dealer pricing.

How does Parts Express approach value versus the lowest-price competition?

Quality comes first. If we're not the cheapest option in a given case, it's because we're offering a higher-quality part.

How should buyers evaluate value beyond just part price?

Confidence matters. When equipment is down, your customers need to trust that the part you're ordering will get them back up and running. The value is in both the price and the certainty that we stand behind what we sell.

Warranty, Returns & Peace of Mind

Can I buy with confidence?

Yes. Most parts sold by Parts Express are backed by a 1-year limited warranty, so you can purchase knowing we stand behind what we sell.

How long is the warranty?

One year from the date of purchase, when parts are properly installed, maintained, and used under normal operating conditions.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. If a part is found to be defective, Parts Express' responsibility is limited to repairing or replacing it, subject to inspection and approval.

What is not covered under the warranty?

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper installation or maintenance, misuse, neglect, or accidents, use outside a part's intended purpose, modified or altered parts, or labor costs.

Are remanufactured parts covered differently?

No. The same 1-year limited parts warranty applies to remanufactured parts as well.

Does Parts Express offer core return or exchange programs?

Yes. If a part carries a core charge, you'll pay that at checkout. The fee is refunded when a usable core is sent back and passes inspection.

How do I submit a warranty claim?

Contact Parts Express customer support, follow the return instructions provided, and return the part for inspection. All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval and must be initiated within one year of when the claim arises.

Is Parts Express responsible for downtime or lost income?

No. Parts Express is not responsible for special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including downtime or lost profits. Any liability related to a part or product is limited to the original purchase price.
